Philosophical about life. Anyone else?

I'm still in this nasty benzo journey and I have to ask: is anyone else philosophical about life? I'm doing badly still, but the brain fog has lifted somewhat. I question everything and wonder if I'll ever be happy again. I haven't been happy in soooo long!!

Sounds to me as a heathy sign.. every constructive thought is good IMO.

Yes! Definitely. I often get lost in philosophical thought over so many areas. I try to convert them to positive thoughts as best I can and get lost in positivity. We will find our happiness again, @[Bu...]!!

Peppy, Buddy, thanks! I never thought about clarity as being a positive sign. I do feel like I can think better now than I have for many years. It really does feel tough, though, to be hopeful about the future. Paranoia and anxiety are so hard to live through. Thanks, again, people!

@[Bu...] Glad to hear the fog has lifted a bit.  Other symptoms will get better as well.  It can just take longer than we hoped!!!

I always been a thinker. And now when it comes back to me i feel it's a good thing. It's what humans do to make them human.
