Stuck between 1mg-1.25mg of generic klonopin.

I be been down to 1mg of Klonopin for a week or so. Yesterday, I was with wife brining items to storage, feeling very anxious, when I just broke down , crying, telling her I need help getting off this stuff. I realize My symptoms are the result of inter doses withdrawals. I had to do something to feel better and ended up taking an additional .50mg Klonopin to feel better. I’m now back to 1.25mg. Very frustrated, I know I need to make cuts smaller. I went from approximately 2mg in November to 1mg in 3 months. I do feel anxious and a bit depressed. Any suggestions or comments are welcome.

I understand. I broke down so many times during my taper. It's part of the journey. You're not the only one.

Can you please update your history so we understand your reductions? Currently it says something like you started a taper three weeks ago, but I don't know when that three weeks was. You can look at my history to get an idea of what we need to give you proper input.
