11 months off and my morning anxiety has seem to come back with a vengeance smh is this normal ?

i'm 18 months off and the past two months i've been all over the place. one day i feel normal, others i wake up with morning anxiety that slowly goes away as the day goes on. Some days the anxiety lingers for longer, but evenings I always feel better. 

I'd say it's "normal".
