Can you heal from Benzos while still on a SSRI ?

what are your thoughts on being able to heal from Benzos while still on a SSRI? I'm now 18 months off K, still going through waves and windows. I'm on 125mg Zoloft. I was on 175mg last year and decreased to 125mg. I've always attributed my symptoms to the benzos, but am now thinking maybe my reduction in SSRI has also had an effect. I'm planning on holding at 125mg for this year to get a sense of my healing from benzos. I do want to eventually get off Zoloft, but also know that it has been helping me with managing anxiety. I feel that i've already suffered so much with the benzo withdrawal that i'm Terrified to think of a SSRI taper...

It sounds like a good idea to hold off tapering the Zoloft anymore, you could be feeling the effects of tapering it.  I believe you can heal while taking an antidepressant, and if you find it beneficial, it makes sense to stay on it.
