14 months off and just venting. I was at my son's baseball game last night and it was windy and cold so I woke up feeling the affects of that. As we know, going through the benzo healing ramps things up even more. I was also very busy this weekend. There are always symptoms at play for me but now the internal vibrating, benzo flu, head pressure and pulse in my brain have all ramped up. Always feel good having some replies so if you feel led I appreciate it. Thinking of you all.

14 months off is truly amazing. You should feel so proud of yourself for getting to where you are. I cannot wait for the day I am forever off of this insidious drug myself. In any event, keep going. I know 14 months seems like a long time, but in the grand scheme of things from what I have heard and come to believe, your brain is still healing. I have no doubt you’ll get there
