2 mg Valium tablets

Hi all.  I'm coming off of 20mg of Valium.  I have been dry cutting  using two 10 mg tablets to taper down to  12mg.  Now at 12mg ,  I am thinking that going to 2mg tablets only now may be a smarter option.  In other words just using 2mg tablets to taper the rest of the way down.  Has anyone else done this and found it easier (at least math wise) to do?

I get 5 mg and 2 mg valium tablets and use the combination to taper down. At first I dropped by .5 mg and now dropping by .25 mg every 2 weeks. At some point I will probably need to switch to the prescription liquid.
