Tapering Symptoms

Is it normal even after short term use (9 weeks Tues most of this has been tapering) to have symptoms of CFS and PEM? also having a super swollen face eye lids are bad? i’ve always been really fit and in shape i’m only 23 i now have covid on top of this since a few days ago and truly feel like my life is over

Anything over 10 days/2 weeks can cause symptoms. Some even say less time. I was on for 5 weeks and it was more than enough to cause changes to my system.

@[Br...] I'm so sorry you're in the thick of rough withdrawal symptoms.  What you describe sounds like normal symptoms.  In these early weeks you're in the middle of the hardest phase of withdrawal.  It can take some time for the intensity to ease up.  And no doubt having Covid on top of this makes it much harder and more miserable. Of course you don't feel good!  Dealing with either one of these things would make a person feel lousy. I know it feels incredibly discouraging.  Please remind yourself that you will get through this.  You will heal and recover from benzos.  And you will heal and recover from Covid too.
