Worried about antibiotic interaction

Hi. I’m in tolerance withdrawal right now from Valium and have had so many unpleasant symptoms. Anyways, I’ve been getting sick every week. One week it’s the flu one week it’s something else. I’m going to the emergency room today to get checked and worried I have strep throat because it hurts so bad and there’s pus on it. 
 

I know antibiotics make people go back into acute and it gets real bad and I’m so scared for that to happen to me but I feel absolutely awful from whatever this is and worried I’ll need an antibiotic or steroid. I don’t even take regular cough medicine since it makes me worse. I’ve just been drinking tea and taking acetaminophen. I’m immune compromised and my sickness tends to be more severe and last longer than anyone else’s in my little family. My fiancé and kids aren’t sick but I am so horribly. I guess I’m just ranting and scared about what’s to come.
