Severe fatigue

Has anyone found something that helps with this, be it a med or supplement?

@[Ma...] What happened, why was your psychiatrist crying? 

I think you tried everything I did, so I can't be of much help. I know that fatigue and it is crushing. However, sometimes I notice I forgot to hydrate. Then I drink water, light tea and helps a bit.

@[Re...] I was simply talking about everything I WANT to do, have wanted to do. My agony & frustration, my life lost was palpable. And she knows how very hard I am trying: the stupid fake smile, fake dance; forcing going to the salon, $ on a 7 hour Neuropsych exam, exercising and nothing but more agony 🥹

Hydrating, check! Tea, exercise. Yep. I can’t tolerate any meds even in a micro dose but am going to try maybe Trileptal to see if it will calm anything. And stop the constant adrenaline surges and maybe allow a night’s sleep.
