klonopin CT failed at day 65

total i lost a battle of cold turkey.

My blood pressure spikes were not calming with blood pressure medication i had to reinstate.

I want to use titration which i dont know how to do i was on 0.5 klonopin an ssri and one anti d for the first year 2020 .

In 2021 i shifted from all above meds to single dose of 0.25 and continued it till 2023 december.

I quit Ct on december 11 but unfortunately i lost it today feb 12. 

my bp reading were fluctuating abnormally.

I cannot taper with that small pill.

i want to use titration technique. Please guide me through

How are you now?  In my experience, the reduction of klonopin 0.25 mg to 0 was the hardest.  I started at 1.5 mg daily.

I did tablet reductions up till 0.25.  My experience and others reducing from the lowest dose is the hardest as the dose reductions are a greater percentage of the total daily dose (Ex:  1.5 mg to 1.0 mg is a 33% drop in daily dose and 0.5 mg daily dose reduction.  Then, 0.25 mg to 0.125 mg is a 50% daily dose reduction but a 0.125 mg daily dose reduction.  Make sense?)

My physician prescribed compounded liquid klonopin.  The solution concentration was 0.1 mg/mL.  It was $40 at a local pharmacy. I reduced by 0.01 mg per day.  Had to hold a few days.  Completed jump Feb 12, 2024.  Yes it was awful, and still is.  But I started seeing improvement Feb 22 and I see improvement every day.
