Hi guys so i would love to hear everyones journey. Which month did u see improvement and what was the worst months for you ?

I would be also very interested in people's experiences, but I don't know if they are on the forum anymore. 

What I learned online and experienced/seen is the "walking ghost" phenomenon, a relative good period after cessation of (higher) doses taken for a longer period (many years). This "window" may last a few months but this varies I guess.
