Avoiding alcohol and sugar?

I wasnt sure but does diet contain a role with brain healing from psychotrophicdrugs?

 

Would avoiding alcohol caffeine sugar and trying to eat healthy heal the brain faster from the damage?

Gut health is extremely important. Having a clean diet will only benefit you-nothing processed, including sugar. Alcohol is tricky as some can manage but it’s the only thing that acts exactly on gaba receptors the way benzos do.

Yes, eating right is the only thing we have. Don't waste your money on new supplements either.
