Oh as for the scale try to search "Smart Weigh Digitale Taschenwaage, Feinwaage, Goldwaage, 50 x 0,001 g".

This is the one I found in this post:

I use a micro scale that measure 0,000  ,but the last days it is starting to be non accurate.

I think it is because i take 0.066 gram of pill weight. I split that in 2 so i measure 2 pieces a 0.033 gram pillweight.  I tried to calculate how much 0.068gram from a half 2,5mg pill  is in actual valium indigreints. and think it is 1,875 Mg but not sure i have done the math right.One half pill 2,5Mg weighs 0.090gram

Anyway the scale is not good when the pill is so light .One thing that i notised is that the scale must be far away from my phone and other electronic stuff .

I did a drawing of a half 5Mg tablet it weighs  0.088 to 0.090gram. Then i draw lines so it is 8 pieces like pizza pieces. each of those pieces is 11gram pill weight.

then i used calculator and found 11 gram is 0,3125Mg im not sure if it is right

Is it possible for you to have 2mg tabs prescribed to increase scale weight accuracy? 

With my taper, once I started using scales, I completely dismissed API (active pharmaceutical ingredient level) and just concentrated on the scale weight of the tablet. It’s too easy to confuse yourself.

However, if you want an idea of the amount of API you’re dosing as you taper… If your average 5mg tablet scale weight is 0.172g, then 0.129g scale weight = 3.75mg, 0.086g scale weight = 2.5mg, 0.043 scale weight = 1.25mg, and with the jump dose usually considered to be 0.5mg (API) the scale weight to jump at would be about 0.016g

Obviously those numbers would change slightly if the scale weight of your 5mg tab weighed slightly more or less than that 0.172, and completely different if you switched to 2mg tablets. 

 

Whether using 5mg tabs or 2mg tabs, here’s the calculation.

Using a calculator

If your average 5mg tablet scale weight is 0.172 (assuming your current daily dose was exactly one 5mg tablet)

For a 5% reduction

0.172 x 95% = 0.1634 (because the scale doesn’t calculate that last digit (4) and the 4 makes it closer to 0.163 than 0.164, you would simply make it 0.163 if you want to make sure you stay below the 5% reduction, as opposed to slightly over). 

0.163 would be your new scale weight dose after a 5% reduction

For a 10% reduction

0.172 x 90% = 0.1548 ( because the 8 makes it almost 0.155, as opposed to 0.154, round up to 0.155) 

0.155 would be your new scale weight dose after the 10% reduction

 

If you are already below a 5mg tablet dose (breaking your tablets), we would figure out (as close as possible) the scale weight of your current dose and then use that scale weight to calculate a 5 or 10% reduction using the above calculations (… x 95% or x 90% =…).

Offensichtlich würden sich diese Zahlen leicht ändern, wenn das Skalengewicht Ihrer 5-mg-Tablette etwas mehr oder weniger als 0,172 wiegen würde, und ganz anders, wenn Sie auf 2-mg-Tabletten umsteigen würden. 

Ob Sie 5-mg-Tabletten oder 2-mg-Tabletten verwenden, hier ist die Berechnung.

Mit einem Taschenrechner

Wenn Ihr durchschnittliches 5-mg-Tablettenwaagengewicht 0,172 beträgt (vorausgesetzt, Ihre aktuelle Tagesdosis betrug genau eine 5-mg-Tablette)

Für 5 % Ermäßigung

0,172 x 95 % = 0,1634 (da die Waage die letzte Ziffer (4) nicht berechnet und die 4 sie näher an 0,163 als an 0,164 bringt, würden Sie einfach 0,163 festlegen, wenn Sie sicherstellen möchten, dass Sie unter der Reduzierung von 5 % bleiben , im Gegensatz zu etwas darüber). 

0,163 wäre Ihre neue Waagengewichtsdosis nach einer Reduzierung um 5 %

Für 10 % Ermäßigung

0,172 x 90 % = 0,1548 (da die 8 fast 0,155 ergibt, im Gegensatz zu 0,154, runden Sie auf 0,155 auf) 

0,155 wäre Ihre neue Waagengewichtsdosis nach der Reduzierung um 10 %

Wenn Sie bereits unter einer 5-mg-Tablettendosis liegen (z. B. wenn Sie Ihre Tabletten brechen), ermitteln wir (so nah wie möglich) das Skalengewicht Ihrer aktuellen Dosis und verwenden dann dieses Skalengewicht, um mithilfe der oben genannten Berechnungen eine Reduzierung um 5 oder 10 % zu berechnen (… x 95 % oder x 90 % =…).
