28 months

A little over 28 months off for me. I have been in a wave this last week. On the bright side I went from many symptoms down to 2 or 3. My final ones are extreme DPDR and apathy/depression. I get some body aches and occasional back and head pain but not very often this last month. The physical stuff comes in the morning for maybe a hour then fades out and some mornings it isn’t even there anymore.

looping thoughts (dissapeared bassicly overnight around 22-23 months off)

fear (18-22 months)

restlessness

panic 

akatahsia

adrenaline surges 

insomnia 

extreme full body nerve pain 

toxic sleep 

anhedonia (still have some apathy and depression but nothing like before)

im just hanging on and praying. Even-though so many of my symptoms have left this DPDR and apathy/depression is so encompassing especially this last week it’s been very severe. I have had windows but it’s very hard to remember them in the waves. Next big milestone is 30 months so Hopfully these last 2 severe symtoms drop off by then. If I’m left with some body aches and some occasional backpain I will be a happy man.
