Does anyone have “head symptoms” that affect them emotionally?

Recommended Posts

And I don’t mean that having these symptoms bums you out.  What I experience is faulty nerve activity that creates all these different sensations.  Tingling, prickling, head made out of concrete, air bubbles in head.

When I get some of these, my emotions will totally disappear.  That’s what I mean.  They definitely affect me cognitively, but the lack of emotions brought on by the head symptoms is bizarre.  It’s like I just go blank and just exist with no desires, repulsions, or anything.  The weirdest feeling.

Yes, I felt like emotional symptoms were in sync with the regular symptoms for the most part. I really noticed this correlation during interdose withdrawals.
