Lost alot

I have lost my car and now I don't drive. I walk to work and it's very embarrassing. I can't believe things have gotten this bad. I'm over 11 months ct.

Hi Teddy, so sorry to hear this. You must be so frustrated but I think it's incredible that your working. You've been off 11 months, these are accomplishments not many here can claim. One day you'll get another car. Try not to be concerned with what others think ok or be embarrassed. It's uplifting to know that even though  have no car right now you're still working and walking to get there. I don't know many these days that would walk anywhere except to get a soda or to go party.  You've accomplishment so much, give yourself a congrats and put a smile in your face, your one in a million!

Maybe you should see it positively. I mean, you can walk. And walking is better than sitting in a car.

Btw. I'm European, have my DL since 2007 and never owned a car. Always went cycling. Had colleagues made fun of me for doing that. But our culture over here is a bit different. Not owning a car is ok.

I'm sorry for your losses. I know they can be massive going through this. I can't minimize what you're going through -- it's such a tough road. But better days are ahead. Keep your head up and your faith.
