@[Md...] I’d agree with that, I’ve been working out the last 2 weeks going good I thought then slammed with a terrible wave of nausea, dry retching, body aches from hell and the anxiety was overwhelming.

So maybe the exercise has upset the CNS. I can honestly say after last night I’m really over this, I’ve been doing it for so long and the lower I get the harder the sx are to take.
I’m on a hold now and intend to stay here for a long time, plus I think as you get older it gets harder.

sorry for the rant but not a good day.

cheers

Sorry to hear that, but thanks for chiming in. I wish you the very best of luck in your healing journey.

Like a lot of folks I found I had to pull back a lot on working out during withdrawal.  It was frustrating but better than getting slammed with more intense symptoms if I worked out to intensely.

Please be careful with your taper at lower doses. Your next 1mg may be considerably more difficult than the first.

Here’s a link to @[Li...] explanation of receptor occupancy at lower doses.

Thank you, I just received the book via Amazon on Friday, just for that purpose (going even slower re: hyperbolic effect). I’m nervous, but hopeful. I will go as slow as I need to with the cut recommended.

thank you🙏 Rich

Is this book worth the money, and how much information is there on valium.? Thinking of purchasing as my Dr wants me to see an addiction specialist so angry as I’m down to 2mg never increased my dosage.

Yes on Valium..It has information on all the benzodiazepines, antidepressants, gabapentinoids & z-drugs. I think it’s worth the money, imo. The theme on benzodiazepines seems to be switching to liquid form when you get to a low, low dose.

I don’t think the book has anything extra the Ashton book or this site has to offer. I do think the more information you have the better. I’m glad I bought the book.
