Hello can you do anything or distract when In a wave or setback. Also can they last for months and months..thank you.

Yes, waves can go in for quite a while.

Not sure what you are asking when it comes to distractions.  Are you asking if we are able to distract when in a wave?  If so, for me, the answer is yes!  Sometimes it is not easy, but I can distract.
