Hi guys so most of my symptoms has decreased significantly but i still feel a little numb and a sensation in my head. Everything else has decreased and i was finally able to walk 13k steps yesterday without feeling a wave i still get tiny mood swings tho but i havent had the terror since a week now. And also i can eat whatever i want Sugar and fastfood dont give me a wave anymore. but i still dont dare to try caffeine. Its been 3 months since im totally clean is this just a window or am i almost healed? How can u tell your almost recovered ? How did u guys feel in your last stages ?
