Yes you can. Kindling simply explains why your symptoms might be more intense if you taper after reinstating. It's not a given that you'll experience more intense symptoms, just a possible explanation to understand what is happening if your symptoms are not the same as during your previous taper. But it doesn't mean you cannot recover.

Yes I did.  But the withdrawal symptoms were worse for me.  They aren’t for everyone.  Just listen to your body.
