I know it wasn't benzos and that was why I was wondering if going on a low dose for a while might help.  I was wondering if you remember how you reacted to the benzos, was it the same as for the gaba supplements?

Anyway I know you don't want to take meds but I was just thinking something might help as your situation is different to ours...

Yeah, I was thinking about trying something when I was in the worst state but I came to a conclusion I don’t want any meds, I learned all too well they always turn on me in the end.

Totally off subject but does anyone else's parents keep saying to you 'it's all up here'? As in it's all in your head? 

My mum keeps saying it and I just shake my head and walk off. Really starting to get to me now. No one has a clue what we're going through and just think it's all psychological.
