Ache in chest on waking

I am 13 months off and feeling so much better.  I have a really weird symptom - every morning I wake with a deep ache across my chest (alongside vaguely depressed/ anxious feeling).   It goes away by mid morning, then comes back again on waking the following morning.  It has been going on for weeks and makes waking up a misery.   Has anyone else had this, or have any clues to what is causing it?

Warrior Carol,  sounds like a panic attack to me but Idk for sure of course. I do that at times but I'm still tapering. Sometimes I try to nap and I feel chest tighten, can't breath.  I know it's a panic attack. If you feel u need reassurance you might want to go to er just to give yourself some reassurance. It's always helped me, then I can rest knowing I'm ok, if you have something wrong the er is the best place right.
