Does anyone else have trouble walking sometimes?

Recommended Posts

This is nothing new, and something I deal with here and there, but this morning I can’t walk right.  It’s a mix of fatigue and muscle tiredness/exhaustion from the extreme muscle tension I had yesterday.  I’m moving around like a 95 year old.  Some days I just get very weak.  Today is one of those days.

Yeah that’s part of it too.  “Wobbly.”  Like I just got off a boat.  I rarely get lightheaded.  It’s just my equilibrium is off.

This is different.  I realize few people here experience the level of fatigue and muscle tension I do, but some do. Every now and then I’ll have days where I’m incredibly weak and my muscles are just spent.  The weird thing is I can have a good night’s rest and it’s totally gone.

Hi djej2010. Wobbly legs! Anxiety symptom! Yes I got this before taper bit now it's worse. My right leg is numb to my foot so walking is difficult.  The tension is all over me and my legs are so tense it's difficult to stand or walk. But you gotta keep moving because it gets worse if you don't. It's withdrawal symptoms which heighten anxiety and panic attacks including wobbly jelly legs.

Stretch, breath and move. Keep going ok, your ok, your safe, your uncomfortable but your safe! Tell yourself that everyday, all day if u need to
