Any succcess with updosing in tolerance?

Hey.

I am not stabilizing so my Dr want me to go from 10 mg Valium to 30 mg Valium (I came much too fast from 150 mg Valium and I am def in tolerance)

 

Had anyone success with updosing?

Hi. Personally I did have some success with updosing. I went from a 5 mg Val to 15 mg and been on the 15 mg for a month now. It helped me a lot but I ended up getting the symptoms again after two weeks but now I’m leveling out again. It’s been up and down. 
 

It’s generally not recommended to updose but it’s up to you and what you can tolerate. Pretty much we take a chance with updosing. We’re here for you no matter what you end up choosing. 🫂

Yes.  I updosed from 0.4 to 0.5 Klonopin and it worked.  Slowly trying to taper again after being stable for a month now.
