Magnesium question Please help me

Recommended Posts

I’m so scared.
I have been off for 4 years and 3 days ago I took a small dose of magnesium to help me sleep. It worked but also I felt it do some weird things to my brain.

I have been having old acute symptoms again.
Please tell me I didn’t re injure my brain.
Please tell me this isn’t going to set me back to square one.
That’s all my brain is telling me right now.

I am in a very bad place right now.

Every one is different, it may not of been the magnesium, but although I use it, I believe it can have a negative effect on others.  It does have some effect on the CNS (central nervous system) including Gaba Receptors in article below: I would read it before I took it again.  Magnesium stimulates the activity of cerebral GABAergic systems by behaving as a modulator of GABA receptors:  Full study below:

Try not to worry though, it may just part of your recovery (wd sxs) You only took it once so I doubt that would injure you.  It's seems to be much longer use of things we take, oregonlady
