I found this story about a virtual support group in an old thread, and searched for it and this one came up:

Anyone have any experience with this? Sometimes I feel so alone in this, I live alone and its so hard because the majority of people around me can't understand this, and sometimes even though there's so many wonderful people in here, I do feel that I miss the voice of someone.
