K withdrawl

I have been taking .50mg (sometimes I only take .25mg) 3-4 days a week for the last 2 years… this week I’ve only taken .25 mg 3 days I feel okay.. Should I have tapered slower or is this okay? @jellybaby

Welcome to BenzoBuddies!

It is hard to tell because each person reacts differently to withdrawal. Some people are able to stop without having any symptoms. Usually we recommend people who want to taper to take their pills regularly but maybe you'll do fine on this schedule. We don't want you start taking it more regularly and deepen your dependency if not necessary. My suggestion would be to continue on this schedule for another two weeks to see how you respond and then we'll take it from there. I know this is not our usual recommendation and maybe other members will have other suggestions for you.
