Day 14 of 1 MG Decrease in Clonazepam

Just wanted to update...having a pretty good window yesterday, today even better.  It was 2 weeks ago that I cut my Clonazepam dose in half, with support of pharmacist!  (not recommending anyone go this fast)!  Body twitching isn't as bad today.  I actually got up, took a bath!  Even shaved my legs yay!!!!  (TMI) I know.  Payed a bill (which I relied on hubby for), texted a friend whom I haven't spoke to in a while!  The movie reel in my head has slowed down.  So I would say this is a huge WINDOW!!  Still experiencing dp/dr a little..... anticipatory anxiety....wonder if this is because I knew a Benzo would always get me through!!!!  Talked to my daughter last night on phone which was awesome, I usually text!!!  Scared to hope but trying to be hopeful!!!!
