niacin for anxiety

Well I tried niacinamide yesterday and I think it made me worse, so I wouldn't advise it.  Although everyone's different.

I can’t remember exactly what it was that I read about niacin, but I do remember it being a concern to me being in a protein mineral and vitamin formula I take. It stood out as a concern above everything else. Again, I can’t remember what the concern surrounded, but, if I think of it I’ll let you know. 

As with any supplement… you would probably find a number of members who have found niacin helpful, however, when researching, I found there was a particular action it has in the body that appeared be potentially problematic in withdrawal, above many of the other supplements.

I eat a lot of foods that contain vit b6, b3, b12  niacin. Starting to wonder if this is why I'm stinging all over. Seems to follow eating. Maybe ck the foods your eating too.
