Does everyone get physical symptoms and insomnia in their body during w/d?  I am at 11.5 months, and THE MAJORITY of my hell has been mental and fear, which I dont see mentioned as frequently on here.  Is it possible I am a super fearful person, who cant function right, but it's not benzo w/d?  It's just me.  I haven't had days of insomnia, and my skin never felt like it was burning.  I HAVE BEEN IN CONSTANT FEAR FOR 11.5 MONTHS, BUT IS THAT BENZO W/D OR JUST ME BEING SCARED?  IVE HAD NO RELATIONSHIP FOR 13 YEARS, BECAUSE I AM SCARED.  AM I JUST FOOLING MYSELF THINKING MY LONELY, USELESS LIFE IS BECAUSE OF BENZOS WHEN IN FACT ITS BECAUSE IM LAZY AND HAD EVERYTHING HANDED TO ME FOR 45 YEARS?
