30 years Klonopin use need help please

it’s been 10 days and updose of .125 is not helping. Sleep and symptoms are getting worse. forcing myself to eat, have lost 8 pounds in the last two weeks. cramping in my guts and abdominal muscles are so stiff and sore. Makes me nauseous all the time. sleep is almost nonexistent and if I do doze off, I wake up with this nauseous feeling in my brain.

Don’t know what to do anymore thinking about going to the hospital today
