Update

Just want to give @[An...] and others that supported me since July an update. Today I did a cut at 1.44 mg from 2mg. I am still working even went to Texas last week. My symptoms are anxiety memory agoraphobia blurred vision and titinus. Hard I am still alone and scared. I do have a supportive prescriber which help. She put me on low dose of SSRI to help my depression. Not sure if working or not. 
I scare myself by going to support group and reading all the stories.

Hi @[Ch...], thank you for letting us know how you’re doing.  The great thing about your update is even though you’re suffering, you’re also reducing and that’s a good thing because you were suffering so much before you started tapering.  At least now, you’re headed in the right direction, that has to feel like a win to you but even if it doesn’t feel that way, from my vantage point, you’ve taken control of your situation.

Kudo’s for still being able to work and for successfully traveling for work, you’re doing an amazing job of keeping your life in tact so that when you recover, you won’t have to start over from nothing.  

I hope this doesn’t sound condescending but I’m proud of you for facing your fear and doing what you had to do.
