When to jump?

Recommended Posts

I've been tapering down from .25mg of Klonopin since July using a compounding pharmacy to make 10% 'ish reductions every month:
.25mg
.225 mg
.20 mg
.18 mg
.16 mg
.10 mg

Just recently made a larger cut and I seem to be ok. Still have a lot of burning mouth but that has been a hallmark of my benzo experience coupled with Long Covid- hard to say where it's all stemming from.

Question- can I jump at .10? Or would it be better to go down to .5mg?

Glad to see you handle the large reduction well @[Ga...]. I just cut to .175 K using similar cuts as you did in the beginning. What made you decide on such a large cut?

I would do one more cut to .05 just to be safe. It is a small dose, so probably won’t cause much (if any) additional harm if you spend 2 weeks there then stop

Hi @[Ga...]– I'm not on K, but curious about your experience with a compounding pharmacy and how it works, as I am considering this route. Do they compound smaller tablet doses, or do you use liquid? Thanks :)
