I did try to updose as per Psych recommendation and it did nothing.  So I stopped before my body got used to the increase.

GOOD question, it is the same one I have....tolerance knocked me off my feet year ago and there is no way for me to stabilize without a drastic increase.  I looking for answers to the same question :)

There are certainly so many of us in this together.
