Symptom question - does anyone get cold and parathesia

If I push myself or do too much physically, an hour or two later I get really specific symptoms. 
 

I get cold and a parathesia feeling on my skin. Even if the weather is warm. 

I also start to feel really empty like I need to eat ASAP 

head and eye pressure start 

start to feel like my CNS has been electrocuted. Hard to relax 

 

I’m 31 months out. Can anyone relate?

Yes, right from the start of my tapering I've felt much more cold than normal, still do, to the point people have pointed out that I'm always over dressed, like wearing a sweater when it's not cold enough or wearing a t-shirt with a Shirt on top when it's summer and everyone else is in a T-shirt.
