10 months out new symptoms!?

Hello buddies, been a while since I posted. Came back to see if I can get some info on a subject. I recently started to get air hunger and a ache in my sternum. Is it possible to be benzos withdrawal? went to the E.R today because of this and they said everything is normal my labs, x-ray, spo2. I don't smoke so I don't know what going on thank you

Yes, it is possible that these are symptoms from benzo recovery.   Air hunger is very common.   Glad you got things checked out.   

During this process symptoms will wax and wane, and you will also have new symptoms pop up from time to time.  It doesn't seem to make sense, but it is your body healing.
