Going to er

On my way to er. Severe panic attack, high anxiety with 11am dose, acid reflux or something is really bad, belly spasms and sticky spit, hard to swallow, can't eat pain under my left rib. Dry Coughing. 

Didn't take 5am dose, did great! 

Need to have gi endoscopy of my esophagus. Can't find a gi anywhere, only at er.
