Hi,

Have some of you tried Tylenol PM to taper off Ativan or other benzos? I've never used it before but I've been told it can make you sleepy which is exactly what I need to reduce my Ativan dosage. I've been told by some pharmacists that the two shouldn't be taken together because it will increase the drowsiness while other pharmacists told me it was ok to take them together. I'd like to take them about 1 hour apart to see if the Tylenol PM makes me sleepy. Have some of you tried this? Also, can you get addicted to Tylenol PM? Thanks.
