Was ok for months....about a week ago the old familiar ❤ palpitations and night terror has returned. Anyone else suffering what might be an "aftershock?" I jumped ages go. Any advice?

I take a little potassium supplement whenever palps reoccur. Two pills.      Seems to help.

I usually take magnesium Glycinate, malate and citrate. It's a 3-in-1 tablet. Works well for me.

How is everything now? My palpitations returned after being nonexistent for months.
