Can soya sauce or vinegar be a problem ?

Recommended Posts

I head soya sauce, amai sauce  and vinegar have a bit alchohol in them. Could these be bad during benzo withdrawal ? Should any fermented foods be avoided ?

PS:

I drink non-alcoholic beer that must be <0.5% by law.  I don't feel any anxiety to drink more nor I feel any surge in blood pressure after drinking it.  It's safe for alcoholics to drink.  The alcohol in mouthwash can quickly reach the brain after being absorbed by the blood vessels in the mouth.
