Swapping to valuim

Just asked a buddy about swapping. I'm at 1mg split to 1/4 4x per day. If I swap to valuim, how much should I swap too. I'm sensitive to these but I need some relief. Hopefully I can take them now. I'm hoping someone can answer as I find the ashton method complicated at this dose. The lorazapam is making me sick, I didn't like the valuim 4 months ago but at this point I'm willing to try it to just get off these things.  I need some sleep, to be out of tension, to calm my belly, to eat, I know it's not a cure right, just need a break!

If u have anything to add or could share how to do this I would appreciate your response. Just need a minute!

It appears from link below that 1 mg lorazepam  = 10 MG Valium.   Some might suggest taking .75 lorazepam and 2.5 mg valium for a week..then reduce lorazepam by .25 and increase valium by 2.5 each week until you are at 0 lorazepam and 10 mg valium, then taper from there
