Taper length and kindling

I am currently tapering K.  Is it better to have less large drops or more smaller drops. Does more repeated withdrawls at each drop make larger drops with less steps a better option.  I know most advise more smaller drops but looking for advice.

I believe the "kindling" term is abused and misused a lot.  Kindling is more of a pattern of use after complete abstinence.

Doctors are telling people not to overdo the "Dry January" thing when people completely stop drinking alcohol after Christmas for a month.  Basically, binge drinking every weekend or so may be worse than regular but moderate drinking.

In the case of alcohol it kindles both the CNS and the liver.

Thank you for your response.  So then maybe in the case of benzos it would be ok to do more and smaller drops since that is not going from abstinence to some new level ??
