Today is first day since Sept 2018 that I have not taken a benzo. I should be feeling a sense of freedom but instead am fearful. 
I am angry that I was given something for short term use only for medics to continue prescribing. I was left on a ‘low dose diazepam’ told better to take it than not - but actually there must be a build up accumulated over time? I have done this final taper without clinical help or input. 
I have no idea how this is going to be.
