Antidepressant stopped working and giving me itchy skin

Im on a low dose of Paxil 10mg and have been on it for 6 months.   It is now giving terrible itchy skin, as it always has done in the past.  I think what is making the itch worse is Valium withdrawal and possibly the magnesium Glycinate 105mg which I take every night.  I’m down to 4.5mg on my Valium taper and due to drop .5 Valium in 2 days.  I then hold for 3 weeks. My nervous system is also kindled.  Antihistamines phenergan or Zyrtec help with the itching skin but I can’t take them every day for the next 5 months when I finish my taper.  Should I just stop the magnesium for a few nights or drop 2.5mg of the Paxil and see what happens.  I know you shouldn’t taper another drug while coming off Valium.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated and welcome.  I also take 3 times daily CBD OIL 100mg: 14mg non activated THCA, approximately 1.2ml.
