Crushing throughout every muscle in my body and histamine sizzling throughout every part of my body.  So much healing is happening amidst spells of sobbing tears today but within I feel completely CALM  !! The body knows what to do !! Last night in bed it felt like my brain was expanding.  I could feel my skull bone cracking and could almost hear the crackling nerves repairing !!
