I am coming from the chronic pain world but have been treated with benzo's for sleep issue so I have a few questions.

In the chronic pain world there is a medication conversion model so both patients and dr can easily determine your level of opioids, regardless of the brand name you take and takes into account the mg and number of pills per day etc. Its called the "Morphine Milligram Equivalents (MME) Calculator".

With all the different types of benzo's is there something like this available for comparison sake? It helped me understand how much or little pain meds I was getting.

I believe you’re interested in comparing benzodiazepines to z-drugs, as I saw from your first post?  We’re sadly lacking good and reliable information. 

There is an online calculator but it doesn’t include z-drugs but Professor Ashton attempted to define it in her studies.
