Night jumps/ terrors

I’m not sure if what I’m experiencing are considered night terrors.  When I wake up and open my eyes , feel like I’m passing out at the same time. Why would i wake up just  to faint. I know this sounds strange.

You know, I’ve read quite a few members mention they’ll wake up from a dead sleep with a panic attack, that amazes me, is it a dream that starts it or something else in the subconscious?   I wonder if you’re experiencing something similar?
