Throat squeezing

Does anyone have throat squeezing sensation? Not front of the throat but on the sides under the ears near the jaw. Feels like being strangled. No issues swallowing or breathing. Almost feels like I’m being hung upside down.

Is it same area as me?  The sides under ears/jaw. Mine is worse after eating. It’s not globus

Yes, like along scm muscles maybe. I have this stupid feeling in many places all around my body.

No. Mine get worse when I am upright. I feel like weird muscles I had no idea existed squeeze. It's all connected with my head pressure. It began there for me.

Yes. Can be triggered after eating or when stress hits me.

I get it worse upright too. I swear it’s the nerves around my blood vessels in my neck. It feels like I’m hanging upside down and all the blood is in my neck and head
