sources for .5mg lorazepam?

I am having difficultly locating a source for .5mg scored lorazepam. (Walgreens doesnt carry it in WI) local hospital does not carry it in their outpatient pharm. (but thier inpatient pharm. does-wierd).  Any suggestions?

My pharmacy was always changing the sources of generic Ativan, I guess to get the cheapest version.  Sometimes they were quite small and came without a score line so were quite a challenge to cut into 1/4s.  I was able to do it, though.  I think that if you are able to switch back to the brand (Ativan), they all come scored.  More expensive, of course, and insurance often won't cover a brand drug when a generic is available so you have to pay out of pocket.  Good luck.
