Hey this is my second attempt at a thread regarding menses. My cycle throws me into a massive wave every month and is seriously dysregulating and sensitizing my entire nervous system.. any girls have any advice to tapering around your cycle? I tried doing it before ovulation this months because that’s usually the only time I feel relatively okay and that backfired hard. I’m also developing severe PMDD..
